Your Journey to the Adriatic: FAQ Timeline
We’ve mapped out the path so you don’t have to.
How do I find the right role for me?
Timeline: Weeks 1–2
It starts with a conversation. We get to know your experience and goals, then match you with one of our premium hotel partners. Once you accept an offer, NARA officially begins your transition process.
What paperwork do I need to prepare?
Timeline: Weeks 2–3
This is where our expertise shines. We provide you with a clear list of required documents (like your passport and police clearance). We review everything to ensure it’s perfect before it’s submitted to the Croatian authorities.
How long does the work permit take?
Timeline: Weeks 4–7
Once your documents are submitted by the employer, the Ministry of Interior begins their review. This typically takes a few weeks. During this time, NARA keeps you updated so you’re never left wondering about your status.
What happens once my permit is approved?
Timeline: Week 8
It’s time to pack! We assist with your visa coordination (if needed) and help plan your travel. NARA ensures someone is ready to guide your arrival logistics so you land in Croatia feeling supported, not stressed.
What are my first steps when I land?
Timeline: Day 1 & Beyond
Upon arrival at your host hotel, they will take over the final local registrations, like your OIB and biometric card. You begin your new job, and NARA remains your local friend and contact for any navigation needs throughout the season.
We’re With You All Season.
Our job doesn't end when you land. NARA provides a dedicated WhatsApp support line for our workers. Whether you have a question about your bus route or just need a local recommendation, we are your Adriatic family.
